Day1. Arrival at Paro International Airport, drive toThimphu (takes 1 and half hour)

Visit Tachog temple built in 15th century
Walk will take 15minutes from the road point, it’s easy short ascent and descent from the bridge to the temple with a beautiful wangchu river below.
Walk through the Iron chain bridge and meditate/ silent moment inside the temple with Buddhist explanation
Walk back to car park and continue towards Thimphu
Check into the hotel
Buddha point to enjoy whole Thimphu valley, as we believe biggest Buddha is built to bring peace and happiness in the world
Leisure walk around the city for souvenir shopping

Day2. Morning hike to wangduetshe temple, offerings of butter lamps and meditation Hike will take approximately 45minutes from the road point, it’s fairly easy and flat walk until the temple

Butter lamp offerings and enchanting the Buddhist prayers with Lama/Rimpoche
Re-trace the same hike and serve tea/juice on the way
Lunch at resort or Bhutanese kitchen:
Visit 13 traditional art and craft school, established in 1968 by late His Majesty
Visit Post office for personalize stamps
Vegetable market to see local people gathering (If on weekend’s)
Finally shopping hours in down town

Day3 Drive to Punakha Via Dochula pass, 3050m, silent moment on the pass with Himalayan view (take 3hour) Visit the oldest Semtokha Dzong built in 1629 by Zhabdrung a father of unifier in 17th century.
Continue to Punakha with beautiful forest and mountains
Dochula pass , 3050meter from sea-level, one of the most beautiful pass in the country.
In a clear day you will see all the Himalayan ranges
Druk wangyel temple and walk around the 108 stupa
Tea /coffee /lunch at the cafeteria on the pass
Continue your journey to Punakha, the subtropical vegetation.
Enjoy beautiful village view and enjoy the farm land of the local people

Day4 Visit Punakha dzong , Buddhist talk and offerings , after lunch river rafting and Chimi lhakhang hike.(45minutes) After breakfast , drive to Punakha dzong
Beautiful view of the Punakha Dzong at the male and female river meeting, Punakha Dzong was built in 1637 by Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyel, the second oldest in Bhutan.
Mediation and chanting inside the temple with hundreds of monks
River rafting takes around 1hours, drive to samdingkha village at the start point
We must properly briefed by the captain to avoid an accident, enjoy the scenery of the small village and different level of river rafting
Lunch in hotel/Restaurant:
Hike to Chimi lhakhang is easy through rice fields and farm houses, it will take 45minutes, and it’s a temple of the fertility, many young couple who do not conceive baby after long marriage goes for blessings.

Day5. Drive back to Paro via Thimphu, visit local house, stone bath and dinner with local family (take 4hours) After breakfast re-tour to Paro via beautiful dochula pass(3050m)
Stop for tea/coffee at Dochula pass, enjoy good view of Himalaya once more

Lunch at the Dochula pass/Paro
OPTION: Visit traditional farm house to see how our ancestral parents lived
You will be served local brew alcohol, butter tea and roasted rice in traditional way

Day6 Paro valley spiritual day excursion to Tiger Nest. Hike to taktsang monastery takes 7-8 hours or whole day including photo stop and lunch at the cafeteria
800 meter climb from valley floor
moderate - hard, drink lot of water
Riding ponies are available at their own cost
1 hour climb to first view point, where there is cafeteria
Continue your climb towards monastery will take another 2 hours

Butter lamp offerings and prayer inside the main temple, it’s believe to be fulfill whatever you wish and pray inside the taktshang monastery
After visit monastery walk back for lunch to cafeteria
