Day 01.Arrive Paro international airport
On arrival at the Paro Airport, you will be received by the representative of Bhutan Dynasty Travel who will then take you to your hotel. Rest of the evening at leisure. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 02. Beautiful Paro valley sightseeing
Full day sightseeing in the Paro Valley. After breakfast drive to the Drugyel Dzong or the Fortress of Victory from where the Bhutanese repelled many Tibetan invasions. The Dzong though in ruins holds great historical importance to the Bhutanese. From there, in fine weather, one can view the majestic Mt. Jhumolhari standing at an altitude of 7329m above the sea. Other places of interest include the National Museum, Paro Rinpong Dzong and the local market. Overnight in Hotel.
. After early breakfast hike to taktsang monastery, popularly known as tiger’s nest located at the elevation of 3100m from sea- level. Hike is important for your body to be acclimatized/preparation for en entire trek.

Day 04. Paro - Soi Thangthagkha
Distance : 17km.
Trek time : 6 - 7 hrs. Altitude of camp.
The trail continues to gradually climb along the side of the Paro river. The valley narrows and closes, and the path then winds along the stream. This day's trek is not difficult, but it is long, and there are many short ups and downs. Nearby where you will stop for lunch you can see the route to Tremo La, which is paved in stone and served as the main trade route to the Phari Dzong in Tibet. It was also the main invasion route of the Tibetans ages ago. The camp is in a meadow with a stone shelter. On a clear day you will see Jumolhari Mountain. Overnight at camp. Altitude 3,630m. Day 05. Soi Thangthangkha - Jangothang.
Distance : 19 km. Trek Time : 6 - 7 hrs. Altitude of camp : 4040m.
This day's trek is not long, but there is an altitude gain of 450m. The path continues up the Paro river, past a small army post, where the valley begins to widen again. Here you will have a view of the high ridges and snow-capped mountains of the Himalayas. You may see the winter homes of the yak herders, as well as some yaks. Along the way there is a village, where you can visit the yak herders and share a cup of yak butter tea with them. You can also buy yak cheese--"chugo"--which is a dried cheese. The camp is below a ruined fortress at the base of Jumolhari, and it is one of the most beautiful camps in Bhutan. Altitude 4,090m.
Day 06. Jangothang - day halt
Today is a day of acclimatization. You may choose from four day hikes: a 3- to 4-hour hike up to a ridge that gives a good view of Jichu Drake; a hike up to the head of the valley, toward Jumolhari; a trek up the main valley toward Jichu Drake; or a hike to Tsophu for fishing. Or you can relax at the camp. Altitude 4,090m.
Day 07. Jangothang to Soi Yaktsa
Duration 7 hrs.
Distance 16 km
Today’s trek is the most difficult on the entire trek you will have to continuously climb for an hour before you reach twin lakes of Tshophu. This lake is full of trout and you can see ducks swimming in the lakes. From this point you will come across yak herders camps. As you climb the ridge you will enter the blue sheep territory. They graze in a large group in steep cliffs. Some people have even sighted elusive snow leopard in this area. After almost four hours of steady climb you will reach Bontey la (4760m)
From here you can see the whole Himalayan ranges. After another hour of downhill we will reach our lunch spot. After your lunch the route is all downhill till we reach the campsite(altitude of 3,730m.)
Day 08. Soi Yaktsa to Thombu Shong
Duration 6 hrs.
Distance 11 km
You start your trek through a wooded area and the climb is gentle. The climb is quite sternous once the climb to Thombu la begins. You will reach the pass (4240m) in about 5 hours. One hours downhill from the pass is Thombu Shong (4070M). Your campsite is situated in a beautiful valley. If you trek up the mountain ridge on the left and right side of the campsite you will see mountain Jho Drakey.
Day 09. Thombu Shong to Shana
Duration 7 hrs.
Distance 12 km
You will start your day with about 50 minutes climb. Then the route is all downhill. The trail runs almost parallel to the ridge offering great view of the valley on both the sides. After another 2-3 hours descent you will reach the campsite.
Day 10. Shana - Paro
Duration 2 - 3 hrs.
Distance 10 km
On the final day we retrace our first day route till you reach Drukgyel dzong. Day 11. Paro – Bangkok/Kathmandu
