Meditation is an awareness to connect with inner happiness. Bhutan’s scenic, serene surroundings makes perfect environment for mediation, Bhutan is home to some of the most revered Buddhist sites in the Himalayas and it’s the meditation ground of lamas from all over the world.

Day 1 Bangkok Paro Thimphu
Transfer to Thimphu. Visit 15th century temple on the way and check in the hotel
Welcome lunch and you are given a gift your tailormade Bhutan traditional suits Gho or Kira;
Afternoon visit post office to make personalize stamps with Bhutanese traditional gho and kira, visit art and craft school a local school and Buddha point to view city enjoy your dinner in a premium restaurant. Overnight at 5 star hotel
Day 2 Thimphu sightseeing: Visit high lams or Rimpoche for mediation privately and enjoy folk and mask dance privately
After breakfast, visit a high lama meditation place not open for public, lunch together with Rimpoche in this ancient temple
A high lama gives teachings on meditation also essentials about Buddhism
Watch performance of unique featured folk and mask dance also not open to public;
Leisurely walk in town for shopping
Check in 5star hotel, dinner, Himalaya relaxing SPA.
(OPTION: Instead of camping in Haa, they can also choose to stay at Kila monastery)
Day 3 Thimphu – Haa valley luxury camping with camp fire and enjoy national sport archery and dirt with local
Depart via chelela pass 4000m from sea level, highest motarable pass
Enjoy lunch on the pass with second highest mountain view ‘’Jumolhari’’ our camping crew members will serve us hot lunch
Check in the Camp; enjoy various activities like archery, dirt and traditional stone game with locals
Enjoy your dinner
Overnight at the camp/tent

Day 4 Haa valley sightseeing watch blessing ceremony in local house, Buddhism talk by lama or Rimpoche and taking Buddhism vows
After breakfast, drive to local house to watch blessing ceremony
Blessings and taking Buddhism vows from lama or Rimpoche
Buddhism talks by Rimpoche
Enjoy lunch and homemade wine ‘Ara’ with a traditional Bhutan family
watch local people dancing and singing
Evening return to camp and enjoy different games with camping crew
Overnight at the camp/tent

Day 5 Haa to Paro via chelela pass, hike to Kila goemba/monastery, blessing ceremony by lama or Rimpoche and lunch at monastery with nuns, (if possible)
After breakfast start your journey back to Paro
Hike to Kila goemba, 45 minutes through rhododendrons; receive by group of nuns with welcome scarf
After serving tea, blessing ceremony by Lama or Rimpoche and Buddhism talk
Offering of butter lamps and mediation in a main temple
Lunch with nuns (if possible)
Goodbye to nuns, hike downhill to road point through same trail
Enjoy SPA massage and premium dinner at 5star hotel
Day 6 Paro spiritual day to Taktsang monastery, options of pony ridge
Day excursion to Tiger’s Nest
1hour to 1st view point and another 1hour to monastery
Mediation and offerings at the main temple/silent moment for inner peace
Lunch at cafeteria
Enjoy body SPA massage
Premium dinner at 5star hotel
Day 7 Paro – Bangkok
Transfer to airport for flight to Bangkok.
